We are constantly being fed news that is difficult and distressing and brings so much up to the surface for each of us to navigate. Turning the news off is a great way to start, but can lead to what is termed as spiritual bypassing, where we plaster 'love and light' over everything, kinda like sprinkling glitter over poop.
