I'm calling these life hacks, but really they are spiritual truths of how life works to live by. AND they are practices - meaning rinse and repeat! These are practices I've learned from running, that have no only enabled me to be a better more consistent runner, but have also helped me in life to continue to live my dream life as an artist, channel and creator, and I believe they can help you too in whatever you do in life.

Even if you think you know all these, its worth a revisit because I find that these lessons are some of the ones for me that I need constant reminders of. It's so easy to get swayed by other people, compare yourself, and diminish your efforts. In fact most of us do it before we've even begun the race. We start to compare ourselves with the others out there doing it.
Its literally like comparing yourself to a marathon runner, when you are in week one of Coach to 5K!!!! Don't do it!!!
