This is the last in this mini series of life hacks, or rather spiritual and wholesome things I've learned as a runner, that have massively helped me in life. In this episode I discuss performance and how to improve it, and also the emotional side of life and things that have helped me to do in life and while out on the trails.
In this episode I discuss the importance of looking at your own performance with an objective and clean lens, and how sometimes, the simplest thing can make all the difference to how you are performing - it's not what you think.
I also discuss the emotional impact of running or doing anything that pushes you in life, and how to bring compassion to yourself and the process of growth.
And I discuss the stress response loop and how you can use something such as running to help you in your emotional wellbeing and as a way to close the stress response.
These have all been massively helpful to me as I built my business and in my day to day life, and I KNOW they are things that can help anyone.
If you missed the other 2 episodes, fret not, there's no order needed to them, just go back and check out the other episodes. You may also like the lessons I've learned as an Artist too, as there are many gems there too.
