Hello, and welcome to today's episode of the radiant soul podcast. I'm a little late bringing it to you because I have had one doozy of a flu , and have, finally recovered. Still not a hundred percent. And it's been a real lesson for me to step back and to really integrate the learnings that I have been undertaking over the last few months and the sort of evolutions I've been going through. It's been a really powerful potent time for me to really actually stop and integrate those and really realize what I've been embodying and what that next phase is going to look like. Right. And one of the things that's really come to light for me. And I want to talk about today is manifestation.
And. What to do when manifestation stops working, like what to do when the law of attraction seems to not be working in your favor. And what often happens is manifestation law of attraction can often be the first sort of gateway into spirituality for people. It's a very, um, Seductive, enticing, exciting, experience of uh, finding out that you are the creator that you can create your own world and that you can bring into your life, all of these wonderful things. And so it can be very seductive and it can be very exciting. And it certainly can produce results and does produce results. Right.
But after a while people find it seems to stop working and get disillusioned with it or they'll get the manifestation and then something will happen where it's taken away or it's not as fulfilling as they thought and so there is this feeling of flatness. There is this feeling of like disillusionment that comes with it. And so what I'm going to talk about is why that happens.
Now one of the things that happens in manifestation is we are still laboring fairly hard to bring something external into our lives. And while we all believe like, 'oh yeah, it's coming from within me. It's my vibrational frequency. I'm attracting this money. I am affirming. I've got this money. I am affirming. I've got this. Love it is coming to me.' we are still continually putting this external power outside of ourselves.
There is something that we are desiring that we think we don't have, that we are trying to pull towards us. And. You know, we think that we're no longer laboring like manual labor, for our desires. We're no longer sort of working really hard at a job to bring in money.
We are now working really hard mindset to bring in money. It's no different, instead of manual labor. It's mind labor. And the problem is, is it still leaves us lacking, right. It still leaves us believing that there is something at outside of us that we need to attract. You know, 'I am a money magnet' if you've been in the money world with that, you know, ' I am a money magnet'.
Well, if you are sourced from within, which I'm going to argue you are. Why do you need to magnetize anything to you? Right. Why do you need to be a magnet? Because that is still essentially assuming that everything is outside of you. And this is like really deep, spiritual awakening, like this is going to a whole different level of of what living a spiritual life means.
And it's about really understanding that there is only one presence -omnipresence. There is only one power- omnipotence. There is only one knowing- omniscience. There is only one action.- Omni action. I don't have a fancy word for that one. And this is God, this is life force. This is, this is what God is. this is life force continuously moving through us as one life, one breath, one action.
And so, although we may feel and seem that we're all separate beings. We are part of one evolution. And if that is so. Then the fabric of everything is already within us, right? The fabric of everything, is who we are. As essential beings.
And when we are trying to manifest, and we are trying to use the law of attraction. To get something into our lives. We are still not believing we are sourced from within.
And. I'll explain it a different way as well. Where do we think supply comes from, what do we think supply is? Well, it would seem that supply is the money. Supply is the love in our lives or the energy and the resources to do what we want to do. And that's basically like a tree saying all of its supply is in its oranges or all of its suppliers in its fruit.
But the thing is, if you look at, if you look at nature, if you look at a tree. The oranges are like just a, what's the word I'm looking for. ..It's going to come to me soon... a demonstration. There we go. Okay. The oranges are in fact a demonstration of the orange tree's supply.
Because once those oranges fall to the ground, or are picked or taken away, The tree doesn't just go 'Oh no, like I'm absolutely fucked right?!' It doesn't say that it doesn't decide 'Oh no, I've got no more oranges. I'm never going to survive. I can't, I now can't grow leaves. I can't'. All of this stuff. It's not, it's not going to say that. Right. Because the tree knows innately without needing to have to think about it. Cause it doesn't have consciousness. Like we do.
Which is possibly a really good thing. I think. Humans think we're so much more evolved because we have this consciousness, but. Ooh, I dunno, sort of seems a bit backwards to me. Because that orange tree knows its supply is within itself. That orange tree knows. That all it needs is within it and around it. And the oranges are not it's wealth. The oranges are not it's supply the oranges are just a demonstration.
And it's no different for humans. Money, it's just a demonstration of the supply that is already innately within us. And if there is a lack of money coming in your life and a lack of flow there, it is because you have completely cut yourself off from your own supply, you have completely cut yourself off from knowing that you are resourced from within. As part of the One. As part of the living organism. As part of this one omnipresent being and life and force that is already innately given all it needs.
And it can seem a bit difficult and you have to really step into this knowing before that you end up with things in your life, coming to you, but this isn't the goal though, because if, again, like the minute you do any of these practices to get, then you are inherently believing you are lacking.
I'm going to say that again. The minute you do any of these spiritual practices to get something. Then you inherently believe you are lacking.
And at some point the universe is gonna say, 'oh, You're not learning this. Are you?' And take that away. until you realize you are fully eternally resourced from within.
And it's a really uncomfortable area to play in, right? Because people don't want to be without. People don't want to be reliant on themselves because, it's scary.
Right? How many of us have that much faith in who we are? That we can be completely resourced from within?
And when you really feel and be, and live in that state, then you are always resourced. Like there is no want or need for stuff because you know, it just comes to you. You, you know that when you have a desire that it's just done and you just get about your day and enjoy life, knowing that, you know, you've already made that manifest, like. In spirit, like it's already there. So now it's up to you to really just get on with your life and stop panicking and grasping onto this thing that you don't, you know, don't think you have.
And the other piece of this, and you will hear this all the time, but I don't know how many people actually fully embody this is that we may think we want all these physical things. We may think, you know, even, even love right? People, you know, It's a physical thing. We want a manifestation of love. We want a partner that loves us as we love ourselves unconditionally. And, you know, We crave these external things, right. But in reality, what we're really wanting on a soul level, evolutionary is the feeling state.
And so you'll hear this in like many law of attractions, you know, being in the feeling state, Be in the feeling state. Even I talk about this. But how many of us actually truly embody this?
And yesterday I was sat on a sofa and I was in a very sulky child tantrum-y mood! I was very much a petulant child. I was doing my morning pages and I'm Just feeling generally petulant and dissatisfied. And, and then I started thinking, God, I want this, I want this, I want this, I want this. And I listed this whole list of things that I wanted. And then I was like, 'You know what, I could have all of those things right now and I would still feel petulant and dissatisfied'.
Why? Because nothing about those things change my inner vibrational frequency or the state that I want. And in that moment, I realized what I really, really wanted... was not a spice girl song.
But it was satisfaction. I really wanted to just feel satisfied.
And just in that moment, of a realization, I was able to drop all of my wants. And to even drop the desire to feel satisfied, because I just knew that now I've identified it, I've already experienced it. In spirit, like I already know. And then I just carried on my day. I didn't think about it again.
It was Sunday fun day where we clean the house from top to bottom, me and my partner. We have a list of chores that we just like crack on and do, and I find it. You know, I used to hate it and I now find it like a really beautiful meditative experience. I now like, you know, clear way the old and, and allow in and to welcome in the new. And it's like chop wood carry water. And I find that it just does that break.
And I, you know, I always wanted to manifest a cleaner, right. I've always wanted a cleaner. And actually, I don't know if I do now, like I actually quite enjoy this process. And so I just, I clean and I was actually quite satisfied with the results, you know, like. I don't even realize that, you know, I cleaned the shower, like, so immaculately, even more immaculately than I normally do, and it just bought a great deal of satisfaction.
And I didn't really even think about that. I just, I just enjoyed it. Right. And then when I was lying in bed, 'cause it's also like the day we wash all the sheets and bedding and everything. Like I was just like, oh my God, it feels so satisfying to have my feet just like touch and feel the fresh, clean sheets. And it was like, ah, gosh, that's really satisfying.
And I, I remembered, oh my God, I wanted to feel satisfied. That's what I was wanting this morning. And. And then there was one more thing and I can't remember what it was, but it was deeply satisfying, and it just left me with that sense of satisfaction.
And that's what I wanted, evolutionary. That's what my soul was craving. I have no doubt that all the other things that I was listing probably will turn up at some point. Like I have no doubt. That that is all taken care of because I don't even need to worry about it because what I was after was the feeling state.
But how many of us, even when we have that, like, even when we have that realization, oh, you know, I want this, this, I want money because I want to feel secure. We then try and feel secure. Right? We then grasp, at feeling secure. And we put all of this energy into grasping at feeling secure so that we can have the money.
And it's completely nonsensical.
And that's why it doesn't work.
That's why we, we get stuck and our manifestations don't work or when we do get them. They just feel flat because we haven't actually really, truly embodied what we're wanting.
And we don't have to try. We just have to have that awareness. Oh, like I want to feel secure. Let it go carry on your day and then you'll gradually find things that pop into your day where you do feel secure, where you do feel stable and you do feel safe.
And it's really that simple, but it's also really hard because we have to let go of the physical. We really have to let go of the physical. And that's a scary place to be, right? It's a really scary place to be because it's like, well, what about food? What about shelter? Like I need all these things.
But our believe that we need them, leaves a sort of feeling like we're lacking them and grasping at them. And then it becomes this, this effort, this efforting to attract, as opposed to, well, what really wants to emerge here? Like what's what wants to emerge.
And even yesterday, when I was doing the cleaning, it was just like, okay. I want you to feel satisfied. And then it was just like, well, you know, what, what version am I clinging to, and what version do I need to let go of? And as I cleaned, I just had that little intention in my head. I didn't think about it. I didn't worry about it. I didn't try and meditate over it, but I allowed that intention to be there.
As I went about my cleaning and as I set forth just cleaning house and you know, within a minute I'm engrossed in cleaning the house and I'm not thinking about any of that stuff. And that's when the magic happens, because that's when you let go. And that's when you are like living in spirit.
And this is the thing that we're after, right?, Our soul's really came here to play with creation, but we didn't come here to labor over it. We didn't come here to you know, struggle and have a hard time and, and be constantly like desperately seeking and grabbing.
We came here to experience contrast. We came here to experience not having so that we can remember that we're completely resourced from within. And come back to that and then remember that it's just literally about, well, how is it I want to feel. And, and then when you start playing with these areas and you start opening this up and you let go of the physical manifestation, then the rest starts flowing. The rest, you know, you'll find.
And it might not happen overnight. Right? You've spent years functioning and acting in a 3d material world, thinking everything is outside of you. And that you pretty much lack everything until you grab it and bring it towards you. This is how you have been bought up. And so it's going to be a journey to the other side of that.
But you're soul wants that. That's evolution and that's the next level, right? If you want to play with spirituality and you you're, you're drawn into it- and we all are because we all want to believe there is a purpose or something. I don't know. We all want to believe that there is something.
But there was only one power and there is only one purpose and that's life. And we're part of that. And we get to tap into that.
So like the orange tree knows it's supply is not its oranges. You as a human have to know that the money in your bank account, it's not your supply. The money in your bank account is just a demonstration of how much you believe that you are sourced from within. How much you believe that you are connected to all. How much you believe that you are part of God and part of infinite supply.
