Hi, welcome to today. Soul Shots! Episode, and I want to talk today about what if you're already okay? What if you're already fine? Because I think that in the world of spirituality, And in the coaching world and in life in general, there's always this belief that there's more of you. There's more of you. You've got to do more. You've got to do this. You've got to do that. And there's all this work, right? There's all this working on ourselves.
And while I am a huge advocate for always looking where we can expand and where we can evolve. As a, as a soul and where our soul wants to grow. I'm also all for just being where you are right now. And loving on yourself and being okay. Like when people talk about path and purpose, you know, you've got to find your purpose in life. And what if your purpose was to just be you? As you are? The whole of you, this beautiful being that you are? And what if you are already just, okay. Like there's this belief that we have layers and layers of healing to do. And while that may be kind of true and while there are certainly things like trauma that can leave a lasting sort of legacy on our physical being and on our mental wellbeing that that can be healed.
This constant belief that you have to constantly heal yourself, constantly reach the next level constantly like, you know, attain something. We've got it all wrong because we're already completely whole, completely perfect. Completely. Exactly right. As you are. And when we forget that and we're constantly seeking and searching and searching and seeking and grasping at like we're missing this really vital piece of, of peace. We are missing this inner peace, right, of just being okay with where you are and being absolutely. Okay. Right. It's okay if you're not okay. And, and this belief that, you know, if we, if only we do this, this, and this and this and this and this and this, then we're going to have this perfect life. We're going to have all the happiness that we want in life. And life's never going to be difficult again, but.
Like that's phony, right? Life is always going to present challenges. Life is always going to be an experience that is up and down emotionally, because that is what we want. Like that is life. That is what we came for. Right. We didn't come For happy ever after necessarily, because we already had that, like when we were in spirit form we came here to play to be in time and space as a reality as an illusional reality. We came here to have that experience. And you came here fully knowing who you are. And loving that. Like you, you came here to, you know, When you land here, we sort of forget that when we're born. Right. But We innately knew when we decided to come and play in time and space reality on planet earth that this would be our journey. And so we're constantly being told that we're not good enough that we have to achieve this, that we have to like seek that we have to, if only we could heal all of our trauma, if only we could do this and that and the other. Then we're going to have this like heaven on earth state, but heaven on earth isn't anywhere ahead of us. It isn't anywhere outside of us. It's already within us. It's already who you are. Like as a complete, pure, version of just who you are, like just right now without anything changing.
And if you can take one thing away from today and from listening to this, is it's okay. You're okay. Yeah, everything is okay right now. And there's nothing needs changing. You don't need changing. You are whole, you are beautiful. You have everything you need.
Because it's all sourced from within. And while you may not believe that in physical reality, like in spiritual truth, that is the truth.
And just give yourself a break, right? Allow yourself to just be. This is what we are -spiritual human beings. And if we miss the being part and we're always the doing part, then we've missed a huge, huge part of why we are here.
And you're whole, and you're perfect. And you're wonderful just as you are you, there's nothing you need to change, right.
